Architecture + Urban Planning
The name WASMUTH stands for a 145 year publishing tradition: The “Berliner Architekturwelt”, “Wasmuths Monatshefte für Baukunst”, “Wasmuths Lexikon der Baukunst” or Frank Lloyd Wright’s “Ausgeführte Bauten und Entwürfe. Studies and Executed Buildings” are still acknowledged milestones of architecture publishing.
That has incurred responsibilities regarding the future: publicizing the work of significant architects, reexamining the history of architecture, defending criteria in a digital and networked world, explaining urban planning and urban lifestyles in all their complexity in an understandable fashion and showing the groundbreaking perspectives for the future.
